Knit City with Knitting You


Knit City is a three day fiber event taking place at PNE Forum in Vancouver B.C.  Classes, lectures, shopping, knitting, inspiration, and fun is on the agenda.  Join Shirley Beard and a merry group of knitters traveling by Amtrak from Seattle.   Stay two nights at the Atrium Inn located right across the street from the site of the event.  Enjoy High Tea and Chocolate at Schokolade Cafe, and lectures on Friday and Saturday nights by the noteworthy speakers Ysolda Teague and Stephanie Pearl-McPhee (The Yarn Harlot).  

The package price for single, $525 or double, $450, occupancy includes roundtrip train tickets to and from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, motorcoach transfers to and from The Atrium Inn, two nights accommodations, High Tea, tickets to two lectures, and two day admittence to the Market Place.  

Additional cost and registration for classes at Knit City are by indidividual and not included in the package price. See the details of this event as they become available at www.knitsocial.ca. The class list has just been published and registration starts on June 15.  

During the trip you have access to Shirley's personal knitting coaching for any project, any skill, at any level.  Take this opportunity to have time to focus with her expert support and encouragement.   With such individualized attention you will be surprised at what you can accomplish all the while you are out and about on this fun adventure.
